Use armorsmith and weaponsmith in the Rev and tailor and artificier in the mirage (leatherwork and huntsman for the Ranger). Power Soulbeast is very fun. congrate, you own the 3 most op classes for open world. herald, untamed, mirage. pick any, all great. optionally run celestial gear for even more survivability. Posted January 16, 2018. The "best" two are to pick a weapon crafter and an armor crafter. This way you only need one character to refine all the ascended materials for weapon or armor crafting. The only one you can't make is the electrum ingot but that has a much smaller need that the others. I personally like to combine armor smith and weapon 5.2k. Posted December 25, 2022 (edited) The only class that can camp greatsword without a severe DPS loss is Power Berserker. Everything else either has to weaponswap to maintain their damage, or the Reaper has to enter shroud. This is because the 1-5 skills aren't enough, but the Berserker's F1 and F2 bridge the gap. A fun weapon when you get all 3 clones going. Thief and guardian staves are fun too. I like the concepts for elementalists and necromancers as well! Good weapon for several professions. Tough choice. Shield: Guardian. That bubble. Focus: Guardian. It can be very useful and has good balance. Torch: Mesmer. I like the stealth, and the mage can 0% if you consider that Guild Wars: Eye of the North and Guild Wars 2 were conceived together before the former's release in 2007, which largely served to set up the non-human races to be playable in GW2. One of the things I really enjoy about Guild Wars 2 is the sheer amount of horizontal progression this game offers. It's one of the few games where you can truly make your profession and build your own. There are so many options for customization from your profession, specializations, traits, weapons, sigils, runes, food, etc. I love it all. The Guild Wars Wiki has an article on Ranger. The ranger was previewed under this image until its unveiling on the 14th July 2010. At one point in development, according to The Making of Guild Wars 2 book, the ranger profession of the original Guild Wars was split into many different professions, notably the warden and the marksman. REVENANT. Pros: Extremely self-sufficient and survivable. High CC. High mobility inside combat. Offers an excellent package of offensive and defensive buffs and utility to groups. Lots of active defences. Animations look cool as heck. Cons. .
